Investing In Impact For Refugees Help

Winter Aid Through Giving Tuesday

The Tuesday following Thanksgiving has been adopted by nonprofits as Giving Tuesday. The premise is, after you do your holiday shopping on Black Friday and Cyber Monday, take Tuesday to give back.

In 2018, USA for UNHCR challenged our supporters to give 862 $120 winterization kits, including essentials for cold winter months: blankets, a plastic sheet and fuel and a stove. Using supporters, such as UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador Neil Gaiman, USA for UNHCR met and nearly doubled the goal, raising more than $190,000 for winterization kits.
